We understand that things can get damaged or broken in transit we have been lucky so far not to experience many damages but should this happen to a hamper or gift you have received from us please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your hamper and we will require a photograph of the damaged item just in case we need to raise a claim with the delivery company.  We will then offer you either a full refund on the damaged ITEM or send out a replacement ITEM which ever is more suitable for yourself.

Here at Black Cat Hampers & Gifts we do not have stock long enough for it to be deemed "Short Dated" unless specified on the item you are buying.  Usually the staff here tend to eat, taste or dunk items should they become near the date!! We ask that any food based item you receive is kept in a cool location to ensure its maximum freshness as we are aware people buy hampers as gifts months in advance.
